This is deep! How often do you love yourself, not in an egoist way, but in a genuine and authentic way? Do you show compassion towards yourself when you fail to achieve your dreams or do you criticize yourself? Do you accept yourself as you are, acknowledging this as the only life you have, or do you simply adjust as if you never existed?

Loving yourself is not easy. Period! It requires compassion, authenticity, and unconditional support that reassures—if you stumble, I’ll be here for you (Your divine conscience). Striving to become your true version no matter what challenges life throws at you.

Take a moment and reflect on what exactly are those things that you love about yourself or simply can’t live without, which in fact makes you “YOU.” Write them down in a notebook or speak aloud when no one’s around, as this will attract your divine you, the one who trust you more than anyone else on this planet. Indeed, this is what matters in the end, as you’re the only one who is going to spend the rest of your life with.

1) You Live in the Present

Knowing that this is the only life you have is what makes you powerful and unique. Remember that the past is merely a construct of your mind; it doesn’t exist. It’s akin to a time loop that plays with your mind until your consciousness awakens. Present is where the real truth lies! It shows us what happens when we free ourselves from the curse of past and the future. It keeps us aligned with our deepest emotions, and empowers us to conquer our fears with unbreakable intuition and belief.

A belief that rejuvenates our soul and mind—igniting our paths with the hope that says—help is the on the way—keep going and guess what? An unknown force pulls you forward every single time you think of giving up. It gives you a helping hand (Your inner critic)—because it knows how it looks like to be you “The Truly YOU”—without boundations, conditions and self-doubts—the one who is truly free (complete within himself) and that’s “YOU”.

2) Self-Reflection and the Ability to Adapt to Change

Unlike others, you’ve a deep sense of who you are, and know what exactly makes you feel alive. You know your true motivations and desires. Rather believing the world’s false truths, you use your own intellect and intuition to know what’s right for you, and the ones around you.

You believe in making a huge impact in the society, not individually, but collectively, as one.

Backing down from obstacles is not what makes you intrigue, instead stepping on to an unknown place knowing “you didn’t come this far to only come this far” is what makes you excited and on the move, so you can truly be yourself and get the most of your life.
