How Can We Master The Art Of Surrender?

Published

The art of surrender

If you were ever caught in a situation where you had to choose between surrendering yourself or facing the enemy, what would you have chosen? Most probably, you would have chosen the path of survival. Because, nobody would like to die without giving a heck of a fight. Right?

But, what if I told you, surrendering yourself isn’t like giving up or simply yielding to your enemy; rather, letting go of things you have no control over? Or what if I told you, surrendering isn’t a form of a weakness, rather, a form of self-acceptance, where you focus more on the possibilities than limitations? See, surrendering isn’t about giving up or downgrading yourself, instead letting go of the need to be right.

Here Are 7 Ways To Master The Art Of Surrender

1) Always Be Mindful of Your Surroundings

When you are attuned to your feelings, emotions, and whatever is happening around you, you begin to surrender yourself to the present moment. You no longer show resistance as you used to; instead, you go with the flow and accept things as they come.

2) Let Go of The Need For Control

As humans, we have a tendency to control everything — our relationships, surroundings, people, and life’s outcomes. Even we become selfish to the extent we find amusement in others’ sufferings. While a need for control is natural, using it destructively can result in significant challenges.

On the other hand, the opposite of control is surrender. Surrender is an art that specifically teaches us how to reconnect with our higher selves. For some, it is through meditation that they find peace within themselves, while for others, it is through activities like traveling, yoga, or simply walking in nature.

Surrender doesn’t teach us that we should have a control in every aspect of our lives, rather, encourages us to be free in the moment, to surrender to the gift we call as present.

3) Embrace Acceptance

More often we go through life phases when everything in front of us seem to fall apart. And guess what? Instead of accepting the truth and working on the solutions, we start complaining about what we should have or could have done. In the very moment, we deeply know that the solutions for all these nuisances is acceptance, but our ego and unacceptance makes us fearful, and as a result we try to control everything in our surrounding; eventually falling into the spiral trap of self-doubt and negativity.

But, if we allow ourselves to be free in the moment without getting attached to what’s gone and what’s going to come, we can experience the real happiness and inner peace. Acceptance is not only about accepting yourself, but accepting the people and the world around you. Because, we are all different in our own ways and have unique ways to do things. So, when you embrace acceptance, you are simply surrendering to the now by letting go of things you cannot control or have no control over.

4) Trust Your Conscience

You can trust anyone on this planet, your spouse, you close friend and your parents. But the one thing whom you trust the most and cannot fool at the same time. It is none other than your inner voice or your conscience. You can trust anyone like your parents and off course, you will, because you’ve seen them since your birth – your soul is connected to their soul or their inner critic, forming a genuine connection that doesn’t need any magical force to unite; it just happens.

Likewise, when you surrender yourself to your conscience, and have faith that things will unfold as they should, you begin to loosen the grip from your ego and see the bigger picture within, which automatically manifests into the outer reality.

5) Overcoming the Grip of Expectations

There is a quote that says, ‘Expectations are the root cause of all sufferings.’ Is that really true? Because higher expectations lead to greater success, how can they be a cause of suffering? The answer may lie in our daily habits, life choices, and attitude towards life.

Expectations do help us to achieve success, but it also steals most of things from our lives. It steals our happiness, relationships, and the present moment. This is because they aren’t fueled by compassion and mindfulness, but by ego and non-acceptance that we cannot always be right. Rather surrendering to the calmness and patience, we choose power and control, and with time it becomes intricate to overpower the supremeness of expectations.

However, when you learn the art of surrender, you embrace the present and allow life to unfold on its own terms.

6) Practice Gratitude

Life becomes easier when we appreciate the little things, focusing more on solutions than complaints, fostering kindness and selflessness over our egoistic needs, and choosing empathy over ignorance. Simply put, the depth of gratitude cannot be fully expressed in words; it can only be felt.

In fact, gratitude is a wisdom that frees us from the burdens of status, perfectionism, and power. It teaches us humility and raises our consciousness about others’ needs.

In practice, you can maintain a gratitude journal and jot down things you are thankful for. It could be your parents who brought you into this world, a friend who supported you in tough times, or your loyal pet who comforted you when you were upset. Express gratitude to whatever brings you a sense of connection or peace. It doesn’t require much effort; a small gesture shows that you care and are willing to help when needed.

7) Self-Reflection and Self-Care

As humans we have a tendency to look into other’s people lives. Instead of finding our own authentic selves, we derive pleasure from others beauty, wealth and successes. But deep down, we all know that we’re going nowhere. Don’t we?

We’re aware that our time is limited, still we hesitate to take a risk — a risk to change our lives — to go after what we want, what fuels us from within, what makes us “us”. See, life isn’t fair, but in order to make it fair, we’ve to be fair to ourselves.

Moreover, how often do you ask yourself about your life? How is it going on? How far have you come from where you started? What your goals are? How are you going to achieve them? Do you have any plans? How often do you look yourself into the mirror and ask “is this person you want to become”? Or the person that resides deeps down within you?

When you sincerely watch your thoughts, actions, and daily life habits, you would be amaze to see that nothing has ever changed. It was you that didn’t allow yourself to change. It was you that kept on bottling up your wishes in the hope that it will become true one day. So, what’s the solution? The solution is simple! Be the change, surrender to the present, and become the person you genuinely want to become.

Power Of Observation – Turn Your Vision Into Reality

Published

on

By

power of observation

Listen! Your time is passing. I am not sure on what profession you are but if you observe your whole day to day…life…you will see…your days are passing so quickly, that your subconscious mind can’t even realize. A day before you were thinking of accomplishing big goals and with a blink of an eye, your next day starts and you realize you are in the same place where you started.

You are imagining yourself living your dream life, then out of a sudden your eyes open and you realize you are in a locked room with darkness all around and there’s no way out. Then at your job you meet people who you don’t even know. They take precious time of your life, they use your emotions, and eventually leave you in some corner with dying dreams and emotions.

You don’t even realize when you become a cog in the wheel. You’ve been dying in that pit for years and how hilarious it is you…you know that! And still you are not taking any action. Why are you not taking any action? What about your dreams? Tony robins once said…”if you’re in your ahead…you are fucking dead”. It is the only life you have my friend…live it as if it is your last day on earth.

Fuck people! They are not gonna bury your dying self…they will be just watching…while your tears rolling down your face….that how close you were to your dream…but you couldn’t touch it because you were so afraid of other’s opinions and losing your past self.

Did you even try to hear the voice of your future self?

Your new self kept on banging your door but you didn’t open the door. This regret will haunt you forever my friend. No matter how weak you are…how lost you are…find a light of hope within you…take massive action…use your divine voice….because this earth itself is gonna be destroyed one day…so you’re just a human…with so much buried emotions and aspirations. Give yourself a chance.

Believe me nobody gives a shit about you, they’re all lost in the deep oceans of their crippling thoughts…….living someone else’s life. Your whole world is dying inside you….feed it with power…feed it with hope…feed it with undying uplifting emotions…and never giving up attitude.

You’re already naked walking on the road…so use the time you have on this planet…leave everyone that stop you from reaching where you want to go…live in imaginations…it does become reality…don’t believe in someone’s lie…they’re showing their true nature…….but if you remain honest with yourself, the whole cosmos will turn the whole world in your favor, and will give your life a pragmatism touch with unstoppable abundance.

This is what happens when you begin to embrace the power of observation.

1) You no longer be you

When you observe the whole essence of you, then you no longer remain the same. You begin to make a major shift in your life. Your word of choice doesn’t remain the same. You begin to act differently. Your life choices, standards, and perspective don’t remain the same. Your own identity, who you used to think what it was, completely becomes a different identity. You begin to make a distance from the places that can trigger your past self-limiting beliefs. You start to approach your life like a newborn child who looks at the world from an entirely different perspective.

Wayne Dyer once said, “change the way you look at things, and things you look at change” He was right with his inspiring words. If you won’t change the way you look at the world…the way you’ve been seeing it for years, then you will remain the same you…who will never forgive you for your sins. But, if you take a leap of faith, and become a beacon of hope for your future self, then he or she will salute you when you will be taking the last breaths of your life.

2) You become mindful of your intrusive thoughts

The moment a negative thought comes into your mind (Negative thoughts…such as…. for ex: you remember past events where people used to downgrade your self-worth, they judged you for no reason, said inappropriate words to destroy your self-esteem…how they made you feel as you of no worth…how they made you feel inferior and insecure in your own skin…their voice still hurt you…their face keep on restricting you from unleashing what you are in the essence of your core).

So, the moment a negative thought comes into your mind……………..instantly shift that negative thought to the core essence of who you want to be…let your higher intelligence intertwine with your future self….let your divine self… be your guiding light to welcome unlimited positivity in your life.

3) You begin to trust yourself

When you observe your inner self, and how it is reacting in different situations, then you begin to exclude external validation from your inner reality. You start to trust your instincts and the guiding force to illuminate your path. You stop seeking approval from others of how you should feel, and how you should live your life. You begin to understand that your instincts and your conscience aren’t your enemy, they’re your best path illuminators.

You look at each failure as an opportunity to remake your current self. It is just like believing in yourself when no one’s willing to. So, never be afraid to trust your inner guidance, it is the only supporter you may ever get in your life.

4) You stop limiting yourself

One of the biggest truths of our lives is that our time here…..on earth is limited. And we’ve already spent half of our lives in overthinking, comparisons, what if fears and what not? Somewhere deep down we know something is missing……something that needs to come out….otherwise it will burn us from inside. It is kind of a calling…that we are not probably ready for yet…because it asks something bigger than our current self. Most of us are puzzled in our day to day lives. Some running to feed their kids, some running for jobs, and some dying due to inferiority complex issues that they’re not adequate enough.

You get stuck in an inescapable loop

This is a cycle that keeps on repeating again and again. Because the creator left us all alone after throwing us on this blue planet. He didn’t even care to look back once before leaving us all alone. He gave us knowledge about life…but not about death!!! What happens after death? Who cares!!! I know. Let’s watch some reels on FB or YT, then go back to sleep. Easy going life…right?

But, what if you don’t want this kind of life? You don’t want to die like a mediocre? Don’t you want $100,000 in your bank account? Can you make it possible in a year? Do you have that kind of potential? What will you do if you genuinely want that much amount of money? It scares the shit out of us…when we think about this much money. Isn’t it? Because, we haven’t thought like this ever before. Because…it seems impossible. And the reason that it seems impossible lies in our lower thinking attitude.

We aren’t willing to think big…we have made ourselves believe…that you deserve less…because you just can’t get that MUCH BIG AMOUNT…common!!.look at yourself in the mirror…you look so funny…( Negative inner voice ).

But if you look at life from a different angle, when you embrace the power of observation, you’ll realize that everything within others’ reach is within your reach too. It is just a matter of how you look at life…your perceptions, beliefs, values and beyond that. Jack Canfield, America’s number 1 life coach and motivational speaker used law of attraction to manifest his first $100000 in a year. So, in order to make a major shift in your life, you have to change everything that is stopping you from achieving what you desperately want to achieve.

You are the only one who is stopping yourself…let me repeat……..you are the only one who is stopping yourself….no one else.

You know what you need to do to get to that level…whether it is touching a $100,000 mark or getting a better life.  You know what resources you need, who you have to connect with, what you have to become to get to that level, what circle you may need to fulfill your inner wishes and beyond that. You know ….everything!! Don’t you? It all takes that single step forward…that first step…towards the unknown…and it is the hardest one..!!!

Last but not the least…this earth is gonna end one day..…..so living a lavish lifestyle……is better than to remain mediocre…..so make effort…see…how far you can go………..at least you will land somewhere better than…where you are today!!!

How To Build Confidence As An Adult?

How to build confidence as an adult?

When we reach to the age of adulthood, there are lot of questions that ignites the fire of curiosity within us. The one question that keep on knocking our subconscious window is “What the heck am I doing here on the blue orb”, “Who the F…ck am I”, and “Why I’m doing what I’m doing”, and beyond that. These are just small particles of our endless curiosity, covered with a little drop of our higher consciousness, and what we are desperately trying to unravel.

When you become an adult, you leave a timid part of yourself who used to be afraid of himself, people walking around or simply watching someone singing on the stage. That’s a fear of your previous version, “your past self”. But, as you move on to your adult age, you begin to comprehend your existence, what ignites the unshakable confidence within you and what motivates you to keep going despite what life throws at you.

You begin to realize that your life matters and even people’s opinion no longer matter either. It has also been seen that at the age of 34 to 35, most adults become mature and begin to make a balance in between the pragmatic and imaginative world. And that’s where they begin to generate the higher level of confidence, because they become aware of who they are, and why they’re not supposed to be worried of what others think about them, why compassion is better than yelling at someone, why comparison with others is dangerous and what not?

How To Build An Unshakable Confidence As An Adult?

1) Be Vulnerable To The World

When you show your weaknesses to the world you get one step closer to your future self. It is always the first step that is the hardest, because it leads you to show your vulnerability and what you most afraid of. Showing your true self requires courage, and courage comes when you allow yourself to be exposed to others, despite the risks of being hurt or judged. Courage comes when you disapprove other’s domination and live your life on your own terms. So, never shy away from showing your vulnerable side, as it will help you become stronger and wiser as your life goes on.

2) Ignite Your Passion

In order to give this life a meaning you must know how your inner self works and what makes it feel alive and fulfilled. 9 to 5 job can give you pay check to pay check life, but it can’t amplify your freedom but will restrict it in return. So, better find a way to make a balance in between what you love and what is required for survival. Don’t just remain stuck in the pit or working for someone else, just give your heart a chance. Make a routine where you can do things that excite you, inspires you, and gives your life a meaning to live this life one more day. Your voice is one of the most magical things you can count on, so stop burying it underground. Give it wings, and you’ll see how it increases your confidence in no time.

3) Make A Blueprint Of Where You Are And Where You Want To Go

If you genuinely want to change your life, then your path won’t be easier. It all depends on what path you’ve chosen, and what it will take to become reality. If you want to become an actor, then you won’t become it overnight. It requires deep self-introspection about your motivation, your subconscious desires, who you are as a person right now, and beyond that. Same applies to other professions as well.

So, in the end it is up to you how serious, relentless, determined and focused you are for your pursuits. Like we count numbers 1, 2, 3, similarly your path has numbers too, you can’t reach your destination from point A to point Z. You have to step on each alphabet to reach to point Z. Same works with life. You must understand the step-by-step process to make a wish into a reality. Do remember that dreams do happen, but all it takes the guts to make it real.

How can we forget about the “Walt Disney” manifestation? He was one of those people who gave his imagination wings, and brought imaginative characters into the world such as Mickey Mouse and Donald Duck.

Other most inspiring person is the “Eminem“. He is one of the greatest rappers in the world right now. His journey wasn’t that great. He lived in poverty during childhood days, and had allegations of abuse. He began his carrier when he was just 14 years old, and established himself as a leading Detroit’s battle rap scene at different clubs. There used to happen open mic contests where he would rap on Saturdays. He also ended up getting into drug addiction, but he got out of it with rehab services. After that he didn’t stop himself, and won dozens of awards for best rap album “The Slim Shady LP”, “8 Mile” and more. Apart from that, he has won 155 Grammy awards and has made a name in the rap industry. There are other numerous examples that inspires us, and make us push our limits, and make impossible possible.

4) You Have Less Time On Earth

You’ve got limited time on this planet like any other human being. So, stop staying stuck in your head. Tony Robins once said “if you’re in your head,  you’re fuck..ing dead”. And there’s a lot of truth in it. Most people live their whole life in a hope that their day will come despite knowing there isn’t any action involved in it. How hilarious it is! They know what they need to do, but they resist and allow their emotions cloud their judgement. They can go beyond their limit, but they prefer to stick around to the same routine until they get fed up of it and run for a freedom.

What you are afraid of? Are you afraid of people’s eyes, their opinions, their rich lifestyle or you’re broke and got nothing to take pride of? Ask yourself, do you really need some random individual advice to live your life? That other individual is counting his own life years like these galaxies, moons, planets, stars and what not. You’re afraid only, because you simply don’t know “Who You Are”. It is that simple!

The day you become aware of the power that resides within you, you no longer need other’s approval of how you should live your life, how big your dreams should be, and what you should wear, etc, etc. Your confidence lies in your unawareness of who you are. Watch yourself every day, talk to yourself, make journals, read self-development books, watch podcasts, follow people that inspires you, focus on your fitness and there are numerous things that you must do to keep yourself alive and fulfilled. It is just like…igniting the light within the dark eternity and coming out of it confidently without breaking.

Final Note!

Building confidence isn’t a god gifted trait, it is a learnable skill. You can become confident by knowing how you operate while being alone and while in the public. When you begin to explore the deepest part of your inner corners, you will realize you have amazing traits in you that you never knew you had. It all begins with a single step of knowing what is unknown to you, and gradually everything comes into play to get you there where you’re destined to be.

How To Change Your Life For The Better

How To Change Your Life For The Better

Asking a question “How to change your life for the better”, may sound like an easy task, as there isn’t any action involved in it—just drop some lines and get back to daily life again. That’s how most of our lives have become now days. People prefer to speak rather than taking action.

So, asking questions is pretty easy than finding the answers of it. Because, solving a major life problem isn’t an overnight task, it takes lifelong commitment and unshakable resilience to come to the right solution. So, if you’re willing to change your life, then be prepared for making changes in your current lifestyle, your beliefs, your way of thinking and more.

7 Ways To Change Your Life For The better

If you genuinely want to change your life…then read these points carefully…….

1) First….. Don’t give a shit – Be like Tom

How To Change Your Life For The Better

Understand that other people’s opinions are just – opinions, not facts or truths. They look at the world from their own perspective, shaped by their experiences, beliefs, biases and values. So, when people judge you. They don’t define you. They define themselves. So, instead of allowing others to affect your life in some way or other – just don’t give a shit and move on. Keep in mind, you don’t need everyone’s approval to find happiness. It is your life and you know better what’s good for you.

2) Set Yourself Free, and Don’t Be Afraid To Be Alone.

Being alone is the greatest gift you can have in your lifetime. It doesn’t mean that…you’re lonely or you have no one to talk to. It just means that… you’re strong enough to enjoy your own company. You’re strong enough to…follow your heart…your life’s purpose and what you truly want in your life. People are gonna come and go, but the regret remains…for a lifetime.

So, instead of running from your solitude…….just embrace it…because that is the secret of invention, that is where ideas are born (Nikola Tesla). Remember that, those who walk alone have the clearest direction, and those who fly solo have the strongest wings. There is no pride in waiting for the right moment. If you know that you’re stuck in the wrong place with the wrong people, then give yourself a favour, move on. Because growth only comes when you’re no longer attached to something or someone. When you no longer need other’s approval of how you should design your life.

When you no longer feel restricted and suffocated in between the group of people who don’t see any value in you. When you find the freedom within yourself. When you walk alone in your own chosen direction…that’s when you unlock the gifts of life and become a complete version of yourself.

3) Enjoy The Moment, Enjoy The Journey. It Will Make Sense After a While

Life is a precious gift that most people fail to unwrap. They get attached to people’s emotions, feelings and comparison cycles. Instead of appreciating the gifts of life, they focus on other’s successes, and fail miserably in the long run. But people who don’t seek approval from others of how they’re supposed to live their lives, they actually give respect to themselves. They understand that life’s true purpose doesn’t lie in the destination, but in the journey itself

4) Feed Your Brain With Good Information, Faith and Love

This is a story of two wolves. A grandfather speaks to his grandson, saying, “Within us, there are two wolves constantly at war. One is a good wolf embodying kindness, bravery, and love. The other is a bad wolf, symbolizing greed, hatred, and fear.”

The grandson pauses, pondering this, then asks, “Grandfather, which wolf wins?”

The grandfather softly answers, “The one you feed.

Keep in mind that your mind will always believe whatever you tell it. So, feed it hope. Feed it truth. And feed it with love.

5) Take Risks, If You Still Can

At one point in our lives, we realize that nobody is coming to save us. Nobody is coming to take responsibility of our lives. Nobody is going to help us with our life problems. You realize that govt, bollywood celebrities, medias, and social media channels…they are all feeding you ignorance to forget your life’s purpose. To forget what you can or could have become. Your life will remain unchanged until you satisfy your inner soul with hunger for life. Remember that…there is no glory in waiting for the right moment…the true glory is walking in the dark shadows and claiming everything that had always been yours. So, take risks whenever you can…because time waits for no one.

6) Harmony With Mind and Heart

“The most powerful creative state to bring your desires into reality is by bringing the conscious and subconscious into unison, then keeping your heart and mind in perfect sync.”― Steven Redhead

Your desires will remain a desire until you have a harmony in between your heart and mind. Your heart may wish to become an actor or singer, but your mind instantly gives you a reality check of why it is not possible at the moment. So, it won’t be possible to fulfill your materialistic or soulful need until you make a balance in between the both. if you’re aiming for the big, then your heart and mind must sync perfectly, so you will have ample resources to fullfill your soulful needs while remain awake in the physical world.

7) Less Consumption Of Social Media

Excess of everything is bad, so is the excessive use of social media. Spending hours watching social media content is just like feeding poison to yourself. The elites have already succeeded in injecting the quick gratification serum into your body, and you’re consuming it every day without being aware of it. So better wake up right now and focus on the good. Create an unbreakable routine that ensures you stay true to your values and life purpose, regardless of the circumstances.

The list can go on and on.

One personal advice Just don’t give up, if you fail, stand up…….. fight again…. fail again, fail better.
